Chasing Greats Phase 1: Leadership Training

The first phase of Chasing Greats, held in 2017, focused on leadership development for young students. Drawing on the experiences of G9 members across various fields, we designed and delivered a structured programme aimed at building confidence, decision-making, and a sense of responsibility in the next generation.

We brought our own stories — of successes, failures, and lessons learned — and shared them directly with the students. Because we believe the best leadership training is one that is honest about what it actually takes.
